How to remap the menu button

Hi,

I use the neeo remote with my samsung smart tv. I only use my tv for yuotube and netflix, not for regular channels. I never use channels menu, I only ever use the smart menu. By default the menu button on the remote opens the channels menu which I never use and I have to longpress to get the smart menu. I would like to reverse that or make it so that both short and longpress opens the smart menu. How do I do that?
