    Is your RoboVac located so that the NEEO Brain would actually be able so to send IR commands to it? Another idea would be to place the additional IR emitter on the floor.

    • Patrick Yes It is located quite close to this device. I am able to activate this device when I place its original remote at the exact location where the brain is located.

      Hi again,

      Please excuse our very late response. Finally we where able to obtain the commands. But we are not 100% sure if they are working. Because of this, we have created a Live IR Test where you can test a couple of them.

      The Live IR Test works the following way:

      1. Navigate to the Settings Menu in your NEEO app.
      2. Navigate to NEEO Brain.
      3. Click on "Device Commands Support".
      4. Enter into the text field the following code: gfAdcj8KiU
      5. Test the commands.

      Hi again,

      The manufacturer did send us some codes. But at the same time there was a part missing which we tried to guess. Unfortunately we are not able to create a driver with their codes without this missing part. Sadly, they decided that this info is confidential. This means that we cannot create a driver at the moment. We don't give up yet, we'll try to buy the remote and learn the commands. But please be aware that it will take a while. I'll let you know as soon as there are any news.

      Devices that we classify as "Accessoire" never create recipes. You can do one of the following:

      - Create a manual recipe
      - Add commands of the device to the shortcut screen of an existing recipe
      - Add a DUMMY device, edit this recipe (e.g. the recipe steps and/or shortcuts). You can hide all screens from the DUMMY recipe that you don't want to see. This way you can build your own interface for the device.
