Remote seems to have died
I was watching a program and had not touched the remote for about an hour or so and when I picked to up to switch to a different scene, the screen was dead and it did not control anything. So I plugged it back into charger base. That was about an hour ago and still nothing. I also recall now that over the last couple of days or so it was acting funny. I would click on a scene and it looked intially like it was doing something but then remained on the same scene I was currently on. If I clicked the scene again it would work.
So what can I do to revive my remote?

Hello Dave Filchak ! Thank you for posting this and sorry to hear your NEEO Remote became unresponsive.
Can you please try the following steps:
1. Remove the NEEO Remote from the docking station
2. Press and hold the power button located on the upper right-hand corner of the remote for fifteen (15) seconds
3. Wait for (3) three seconds and then press the power button once more three (3) more seconds.

That did nothing. Still dead. Been dead for while now.
