since two days i have these black lines. The housing does not show any damage. Wahts are my next steps to get a proper working display?

I had exactly the same behavior in my remote. After a while the screen went from this to blank. After a factory reset this went away, until 2 days ago when my screen just stayed way too dim. I opened the back of the remote by gently lifting the plastic from the back bottom, unplugged the battery for like 20-25 seconds, then rebooted. It's now working fine again but I contacted NEEO because this is the second time this screen has problems.
