Display broken?

Hi

since two days i have these black lines. The housing does not show any damage. Wahts are my next steps to get a proper working display?

    I will Pull in Jeff and Emily as these are part of the Support Team. But best you can actually do is to write a mail to support@neeo.com with a link to this Topic, and your full data for contact. As far as i know, all defective devices get replaced by NEEO!

  • I had exactly the same behavior in my remote.  After a while the screen went from this to blank.  After a factory reset this went away, until 2 days ago when my screen just stayed way too dim.  I opened the back of the remote by gently lifting the plastic from the back bottom, unplugged the battery for like 20-25 seconds, then rebooted.  It's now working fine again but I contacted NEEO because this is the second time this screen has problems.

      Frederik Vancoillie Thanks for posting. Please note that we advise not to remove the battery under any circumstances. If this issue persists we can simply replace the NEEO remote.
