Class Action Suit?

I can't be the only one in this boat.

While the NEEO still hadn't received all the promised features, it was a stable, solid, wonderfully-performing remote until their final "update", since which I've had nothing but problems.

Who's smart enough to look into the code of that firmware update and find what NEEO did to cripple our remotes while they stole the last beer on their way out the door?

I'll never own a Control4 remote, but I loved the NEEO before this last update. They purposely broke our remotes.

  • Mine no longer charges correctly. Continuously crashes and shuts down. Needs to be recovered many times a day. My $14 remote from walmart works better these last weeks.
