LIFX Devices Showing in Add Device with red exclamation mark and some existing unresponsive.

Troubleshooting Steps:

1.  Rebooted Brain (left off for whole day), WiFi Router, Bulbs disconnected from power.  No Change

2.  Tried to remove lights and add again.  No Change

3.  Put Brain into Recovery and restored from cloud (AWS file host server). Then Setup as new.  No Change 

LIFX Bulbs work fine via the LIFX App.  Both locally (which is how Brain interacts with the  bulbs) and via Cloud.  No issues.

Have tied adding bulbs to a newly spun up OpenHab enviroment and they added with no issues.

Out of ideas.  Hence my support request...
