IKEA Trådfri The gateway did not respond in time

I am not able to add device IKEA Trådfri gateway. After entering security code NEEO app says “The gateway did not respond in time”

IKEA Gateway firmware: 1.15.55

Native IKEA app works fine. 

NEEO brain is updated with latest firmware (automatic)  

Both IKEA gateway and NEEO brain is restarted.
