Connection to Cloud

Hi,

Am I the only one to being unable to reach NEEO CLOUD ? Are the 24 months announced in the Control4 post already finished ?
My favorites icons are gone and I think it’s related to this connection problem

  • Sébastien Duffes ther 24 months aren't over yet..
    mine are still there.
    did you already restart your brain?
    normally that solves the issue.

  • Thank you for your reply. I already tried that. Restarted brain, router, remote, unpluged it...

    All my favorite icons have disappeared and I am not able anymore to log with my account info as cloud seems down (written on my remote).

    • Sébastien Duffes cloud isn't down, i still have access.. so the best you can do is to write to support@neeo.com they should be able to help you out.
