I am just starting to explore the neeo and I was a bit disappointed about the stupid devices. If I understand correctly I found that the Philips 43PUS6401 remote turns on the TV when pressing 1 and that Andy could change something that makes it smart again? Also it has only button for source so that neeo expects to change the input manually. However I only need one HDMI input (from my receiver) so the TV is always on the right source. Can I disable this "warning"?
For the 65PUS8601/12, which is an Android powered, wifi enabled smart tv the power toggle is also a bit of a roadblock in the recipes. What helped for was replacing the power on with channel up. It responds immediately and places you back into the channel you were watching when powering down the TV. It really acts as if it were a separate on-switch as no other action is triggered except for turning the TV on. Andy could you take a look at maybe adding this in the driver so the device becomes smart again? The power of remains a toggle action though, unless CEC support kicks in.Reply
