Spotify playlists can not be played

Hello dear community,

I have the problem that I can not start playlists in Spotify on NEEO.  the playlists are displayed to me, covers can be seen and the individual titles are playable.  however, if I want to play the playlists, whether normal or shuffle, that does not work.  if I start the playlist via the sonos app on my smartphone, I can change the tracks via NEEO later while listening.  but that's not my idea of a sonos and Spotify compatibility of NEEO, especially since it has already worked.  does anyone know the problem or could solve it?  I've also rebooted Brain and Remote and re-authorized Spotify in sonos already and Firmware of all devices is latest (maybe last 😞).  Unfortunately without success.
