Please add Daikin airconditioners
Hi,
Model FTXM95 and FTXM25, IP control would be amazing but IR will be fine for now.
The remotes are the same and have an LCD showing the status but I'm guessing it's pretty dumb.

We still have trouble obtaining the correct commands for your device. Please test the commands included in the following Live IR Test.
The Live IR Test works the following way:
- Navigate to the Settings Menu in your NEEO app.
- Navigate to NEEO Brain.
- Click on "Live IR Test".
- Enter into the text field the following code: UCFDxCQmHV
- Test the commands

We where finally able to get the Daikin FXA-Series working. I'm aware that you own a different model. But still, please add the following device and test if it works: Daikin Most Models.
According to the Swiss Daikin distributor, these codes could work for you, too.Let me know about the results!

Thanks, I got a chance to test, Daikin device doesn't work and on the live IR test only one button works "Temp Up 756" appears to turn the FTXM95 a/c to cooling.

The issues is many A/C systems use a 'smart' remote control which doesn't merely send out a code for the button you press. Instead, the remote itself keeps track of the desired temperature, etc., and instead each time *any* button is pressed on the remote the remote sends out *all* of the current settings to the A/C (i.e., fan settings, temp settings, etc...)

Yes, that's what we call mode based remotes. We are still in contact with Daikin. We should soon be able to control such devices. I'll keep you posted. Thanks for all your patience!

We'll inform everybody for sure as soon as the are any news. I understand that it is frustrating that everybody has to wait that long and never any news are posted. Be assured that it is still very important for us to solve our A/C device issue as fast as possible. I can further assure you that we will inform everybody as soon as there is a solution. As this is not an IR related issue only and needs bigger software changes, I cannot give you an exact time frame I'm afraid. I'm sorry for the bad news!
