NEEO Remote Not Charging
I used my remote last night then placed it on the charging base like always. Today when I went to use it, it wouldn’t turn on. No lights, no screen, nothing. Tried unplugging the charging base from & plugging it in elsewhere, still nothing.the iOS app works but no remote. What gives?

keith ellis Try to Force Reboot your Remote by hold down the Power Switch for 10 seconds, then relief the pressure and repress the button for 1 to 2 seconds. This should bring up your remote again. There is a known bug when the remote is on the charger and something occures then the display gets crashed and stays black.
If this doesn't help, repost here!

Smart remotes use non remove able batteries which are inherently less cape-able of holding a charge that’s required in order for it to to serve its purpose with every moment it spend docked and charging. Since the average user probably has the remote in a charging state more than twice as long as it’s in use since the logical place to keep it is in its dock when not being used this leads to a likely significant amount of user perceived hardware failure that leads to the devices disposal when the actual problem is exactly what is expected to occur in all lithium battery operated devices with a certain amount of life expectancy before the battery is no longer able to hold a charge and power on your device. This would usually be obvious if manufacturers weren’t hoping that this very thing takes place and you fail to recognize it which they go out of their way to implement by way of designing the device to utilize a power rail that’s incapable of providing power to anything other than a close circuit which the battery is utilizing to replenish a charge and then provide the required level to the board in order for it to function. It’s planned obsolescence! Because the only thing better than selling something that cost 20 dollars to make for 200 bucks is selling the upgraded version that costs even less to make next year for even more money. Next time you happen to see an iPhone that’s having its battery replaced by some friend or family member who knows how to follow simple directions you can find anywhere, ask them to plug in the power cable after the remove the old battery and before they install the new one and you’ll find a cure for Vance before the phone will power up without a battery attached and just so you can see there’s not a safety measure in that design, plug the battery in while the charger is still connected and see how quick the Apple logo shows back up.
