Volumio integration for NEEO
Hey guys,
This is my first attempt at a driver, a proof of concept and play more than anything

It is usable though, slow but usable. Minimum functionality so far.
I will start making a proper driver now that the list component is in the sdk and update here when something is working.
With volumio I pretty much have my own sonos clone :D

Vincent Boots unfortunately i didn't get anywhere. it was too fiddly to develop on the neeo i actually use day to day.
/edit: the good part is that i actually can use my neeo now, so that s good :D

nothing fancy i'm afraid, just a proof of concept.
my plan was to redo it in a different way, make a volumio plugin and embed the sdk into it. that would basically make the neeo sdk run at all times inside volumio, no need for a different app/server to start anywhere.
please update if you get anywhere with it, i ll definitely want to test and contribute.
p.s. i found the way volumio asked you then to build plugins, mildly annoying, why would you have to clone all of them to add one :/

Thnx! I will start with it. But is is always nice to have a start. Your plan sounds great i will take a look into that. I know the struggle with volumio but i still love the product. If i get something you will hear from me.
