Bell EspressVu 9400 HD PVR
Need to setup this device. The 9241 is the most recent on the brain, but it doesn't work with a 9400 model.
Can anyone help?

I’ve encountered a new problem. When I create a favorite on theBell espressvu 9400 HD PVR recipe, I programmed a channel 1629 Smithsonian channel. Neither the Neeo remote nor the iPhone app (or the Brain) send out the number 2. All that is sent to the Bell box is 169. I tried the”2” on the number pad, and discovered that it failed to send the “2” as well.
