Sonos feedback

In nu recipe Watch Apple tv i've added the Sonos volume slider hoping it would give visual feedback of the volume state. Is this posible?

      Jeff Jochen Bonne Hi Jochen & Jeff,  sorry for the delay I guess. I have the slider as well, but do not get visual feedback of the volume of the Sonos system on the remote. This is to bad because the volume slider is completely useless this way. Maybe Neeo can respond to this?

      Hanno-wybren Mook So you use the volume slider and it works, you just do not get visual feedback? Where are you expecting the visual feedback?

      Jeff I expert visual feedback on the remote. So I set the volume on my remote, change it on my iPhone but the slider doesn’t move on the remote.

      Hanno-wybren Mook This is a bit confusing. So you set the volume on the remote (it works) what do you change on the iPhone if you already changed it on the remote? Can you email support@neeo.com with a video so I can better understand what is happening and avoid confusion :).

      Jeff  the answer is simple. On the one hand, it is still not possible to group with NEEO sonos so the idea with one remote is obsolete. If I use now the sonos app and set the volume, I do not know what volume level is currently set, at least nothing is shown on the NEEO display.

      Hi Jeff my problem is exactly how Fonzo  explains it. If the volume is set on another device (not the NEEO) I need to guess the Volume level if I wan't to change it on NEEO. 

       

      Example:

      - I start using Sonos with my NEEO and set the volume to 80%;

      - I change the Volume with the SONOS app to 20%;

      - Back to my NEEO the slider still shows that the Volume is on 80%;
