      Andy added, the stop, subtitle and audio button not working, and something strange happen when choose channel by favourite, when I try to input channel by number key everything’s work, but when choose by favourites, let says the channel is 211, it will input 222, need to try a few time to make it to 211....

      Regarding Stop/Subtitle/Audio - All other commands where learned from another remote. But this one is missing these three commands. As this IR protocol is somewhat tricky, we cannot rebuild the codes from scratch - we have to learn the commands. We tried to rebuild the missing commands anyway, but it seems  this did not work - as already expected.
      We would need to learn the codes from the original remote. But we where not able to order the remote - also as you are located in Hong Kong, I think you will not be able to send us the remote. 
      Regarding the channel switch - I've slowed down the sending of the channels. Hopefully it works better now. The new data appears around 12AM CET.

      Development is fully stopped. Only IR drivers are still added and repaired - plus normal support is still provided. I'm afraid, the learning feature will never come. We cannot add any new features anymore. I'm sorry!

      Andy updated, problem still here, after some test, the problem is the “2” in the number key, it will repeat itself twice every time, other number key don’t have this problem, please check. Thanks

    Thanks for confirming that the product is in limited maintenance mode only Andy . Out of interest, what do you expect to happen at the end of the 24-month support period, as things currently stand?
