I have the new remote the first generation it was sold and now we have a new laptop but can’t find software how do I get that

I don't get your issue. You don't need any special software on your laptop or any where else to use your original neeo. However you can use your laptop to open the web user interface. Start your web browser and go to:
http:<brainip>:3200/eui
