NEEO not turning on
My remote won’t turn on even if it is fully charged. I’ve tried the 7+ power hold and power again but nothing happening. Hoping someone can help

Does the screen light up when you put it on charge?
Hold power and mute for 10 seconds.
If it doesn't power on.
You have a dead battery or a dead main board. I have had both outcomes from the same issue. (If you two remotes, swap the batteries to troubleshoot)
