Neeo C4 remote problem

I have a strange problem with neeo remote. The remote randomly shuts off, the battery shows cca 30% (sometimes 10%, sometimes empty) when you turn it on, it automatic shuts off, then you put it on charger for few seconds, its turns on, remove it from charger and battery shows cca 85% (up to full) and its working normal, and after some time (randomly) shuts off again and i need to repeat the procedure. I tried with reset, reboot, factory default, ... nothing helps. And if you watch battery status, in cca few min changing non stop from yellow (empty) to white 50% and back and so on.

Any ideas please?
