So I think the support here on Planet NEEO is pretty awesome with rapid response and very nice support members.

There's however a huge difference between forum threads and real time chat with the community of NEEO. I'm a daily user of Slack, having a bunch of Workspaces where I have my daily communication collected.

My question is: is there a reason why NEEO shouldn't have one?

  • Thanks a lot for the feedback and the idea. We are not using Slack yet, but we are considering it. Such a tool also needs the human resources allocated to it so that the team can then actually respond to the requests, before implementing this, we'll need that first.
