Using a Sensor (hue, z-wave) to start a Recipe

I tried to create a recipe based on a sensor value (Just playing around) and noticed the following:

The only device that shows up as a sensor are my hue lights.

So i tried to create the following recipe:

If hue light in bedroom is turned on, turn on the hue light in the bathroom.

But unfortunately this does not work. Am i missing something?

In the future i would like to use a motion sensor (e.g. z-wave, fibaro) to turn on lights.
