Device support for Canal Digital newest Android TV Cable Box OnePlace
Hi, I just upgraded my cable box from a supported device ADB 5720SX to Canal Digital's newest Android TV Box OnePlace ( https://www.digitaltveurope.com/2018/03/02/canal-digital-launches-next-gen-android-tv-box/ ).
However I can't find this device supported. Is it under a different name?
The standard remote is running bluetooth. Is there anyway to get this device supported? Or does bluetooth not work? I'm unsure if the box supports IR.
The technical information on this box from what I can find is very limited.

Hi, Anders Ulfheden. Thanks for your request. We got a hint from another user that some OnePlace boxes are able to receive IR signals. You can perform this desired setting only at your first-time user experience. If that's not a possible setting, then this device will not support IR. In that case, I'll move it to the Idea Voting, which you can find here. We use this voting system to add the most favored devices.
Does your device support HDMI CEC? -
Hi - i have that box and no its not supported for now..
lg has told me that it can accept ir signals, but only If selected in startup (i wasnt asked though), but i have Bluetooth selected in the box setup.
this is What im told from canal digital on facebook.
please give it a vote, i have made a request for support.
its really an interessting little box with Android tv, so im sure neeo will support it someday:).

Anders Ulfheden Hi, please vote here, when you own exactly the same OnePlace as Michael. In that case, I'll leave this thread here in Device Specific. Thanks, Michael Sørensen.

Hi, voting is done. The device supports HDMI-CEC so for now I can control my box through tv remote. However it is not ideal since I want a customized view for my Cable instead of "TV Controls" view. And there are for certain better commands to send to the box that are not present on my TV remote. Right now I still have my old Cable device present just to use it's custom view, where I have my favourite channels and icons.
Upon further testing it looks like the box does have IR enabled by default. I was testing commands for my old box and they worked. Channels etc, but not power on/off or tv guide buttons.
