Yamaha RX-V775 Tuner
I added the "Tuner" variant of my AVR and got a yellow exclamation mark.
The exclamation mark disappeared after I added presets for the radio stations.
BUT: There is no screen showing the presets. :)
I synced the settings and both Neeo Remote and IOS App do not show any of the entered presets.

Display flaw in widgets: up / down presets shows only "pres..." between the arrows. Same for up / down tuning. only "tunin..." is visible.

Would you mind sharing a screenshot of the recipes to that I can see the steps which are executed?
I also don't really understand your second post, do you have a picture of that?

Patrick Sorry for creating a second thread for this issue with the missing favorites (aka radio station shortcuts) screen. I got no mail about any updates on this thread.

sagdusmir We are looking into this seems like this is rather an issue with the recipes and it is not device specific. Could you share a screenshot where I can see what steps are executed exactly?

Patrick Ups. I messed this up and got the wrong screenshot (cable box). Here ist the recipe for the tuner which is lacking the favorites screen.

I have just checked this post again. Now, how did you create this recipe above? The recipe is called "Radio". This name has to be from another device. The only way to name a recipe is to re-name the main device of the recipe. But looking at the steps, the involved devices are called "Receiver" and "TUNER". And a manually created recipe it cannot be as there is the "Use Volume" step, which is not possible for manual recipes. Maybe somewhere here is the issue.
Did you ever add the AVR and the Tuner device to a separate room, wired it correctly and started the this way automatically created tuner recipe? -
Andy I added AVR and AVR Tuner to the same room and changed the name of the AVR Tuner device afterwards. Seemed straight forward to me (after being told that there is a Tuner pendant for the AVR devices...)

Okay. Then this is the old bug where the name inside the recipe is not changed. This is fixed in the next release.
I have figured out that we had the same situation with another customer. He did a complete reset of the Brain. After this, the favorite screen was shown and did not disappear again. I know, this is not a great solution and there is no guarantee that it works. But if you are willing to do this, that would be great. Just do the standard setup process, don't rename anything and don't change any recipe steps for now. Thanks! -
Andy I was in contact with Patrick for this issue and I had to update the device at some time. Favorites appeared after that. I HAVE to delete steps from recipes to use Neeo. Otherwise my video projector gets a ton of power cycles. :(

I did fresh install and just renamed tuner to netradio and favorites are not showing up.
So you are telling that it have to be untouched to work?

@Patrick Any news on this? Waited for over 3 months now and the new firmware does not solve this issue. Still no favorites screen showing up. I even removed the AVR Tuner device and re-added it, added a favourite and: no favorites screen showing up.
Can you please give me an ETA for this fix?

After update there is no changes for this isssue. Why? it was known bug, why it is not sorted with update?
in fact after all that waiting for next update I can't see any bug fix apart unstable system and CEC support ...
