Recipe to control Z-Wave light using physical Z-Wave switch
I'm trying to write recipe to control Z-Wave light (Aeotec Nano Dimmer) using physical Z-Wave switch (Aeotec QuadMote), but the Recipe is simply not working and refuse to turn the light on or off.
Anyone can help and share their Recipe?

I doubt anyone made a script for a similar use case, but it may help if you share a screenshot of your recipe.

Paul Spee I've tried to write this basic recipe, but it is not working.
I also having issue writing a recipe for sensor value of Aeotec Multisensor 6 (Humidity, for example) to trigger action of another z-Wave devices (Aeotec Plug, or Bulb, or Nano Dimmer).
Maybe this Z-Wave interoperability recipe hasn't been implemented in NEEO?

Maybe use direct association between Z-wave switch and dimmer? Advantage is that in case NEEO dies you light still works.

Bernhard Actually it's done in the parameter settings of your switch. I've used a Fibaro Home Control 2 and now I use OpenHAB, both have the option to look at the parameter settings of switches, dimmers, motion sensors, ... In those settings you'll see things like the timeout for motion sensors, dimming steps and what type of switch you connect directly to a dim module and association (groups) and scene numbers for switches. I don't have Z-wave configured in NEEO but this is really a basic function so I think it will also be supported on NEEO.

Frederik Vancoillie Thank you for the explanation. I will try later, so I don't have to depend on Neeo. Neeo Z-Wave handling are extremely unreliable. ALL Z-Wave pairing will be unresponsive when the Brain restart/lose power, and I have to start pairing all over again. It's really painful since I have more than 40 Zwave devices, and some of them are hidden behind the wall (nano dimmer).
