Favorite Channel for Zattoo on ATV

Patrick Currently the Favorite Screen is limited to the DVB devices, the AppleTV is not a DVB device. Also the Favorite channel currently only support sending Numbers via Infrared Codes, so this isn't happen when using the AppleTV.
