Channel logo update

With our last firmware release, we have changed the UI to a new, dark design. Unfortunately, many of the TV and radio favorites simply "disappeared" with this, as there are many dark logos.

Finally, the channel logos where updated (around 2000 logos) to look good again within the new design!
A big excuse to everybody for the huge delay and many thanks for all your patience!

The best of all - you'll not have to re-add the logos. Simply reboot the brain AND the remote. The logos should automatically get updated this way.
