Can’t find Sonos Playbar

Hi! For some reason my Sonos Playbar didn’t respond to the buttons or app, so I deleted the device en wanted to add it again. But I can’t see the playbar in the given list. All my Play:1’s show up perfectly, but my Playbar isn’t there. On the other hand, in the native Sonos app I see the playbar normally and can control everything. I tried to ungroup, that doesn’t make sense. Can someone help me, please?

Are you able to find any other devices in the database, when you search for it?  By the way, do you search for Sonos PLAYBAR or Sonos Playbar (IR)? Please make sure that your Sonos and also your NEEO Brain running the latest firmware. Can you please try to reboot your NEEO Brain once (by unplugging your NEEO Brain or by using NEEO Cranium driver).

    Further, you can also try to connect your NEEO Brain via ethernet cable to your router and search again for your Sonos Playbar.
