THANK YOU to the NEEO Team

Hi NEEO Team,

With everything going on, including shipping remotes worldwide, adding devices as quickly as possible, bug fixing, actively replying to the community and listening to feedback - I just wanted to say a big THANK YOU 👏. More often than not, people are quick to share criticism, but it's also worthwhile mentioning the appreciation for the hard work your team has undertaken and is continuing to undertake to make NEEO one of the best platforms in the market. 

Yes, there are still some bugs in the system, but we all have to remember NEEO is brand new to the market, and even more so now NEEO is finally reaching the hands of all the backers and their are thousands of real-life users putting NEEO through its paces. I believe you are doing a great job on working to get NEEO to where it needs to be and just the activity in these boards from the NEEO team shows you care and are trying your best with the resources you have available to make a wonderful, quality product. 

Keep up the great work. I am excited for the future of the NEEO 'Planet' and can't wait to see what other good stuff will be released in the future.

  • I am with you, even without having received my 2 Neeo’s yet. People tend to forget that putting out such a product incl. the software platform is not an easy thing to do. I am confident that Neeo will earn it’s spot on the smart remote market and I am happy to support them at this early stage of their journey!  Patrick Andy Raphael Emily and the rest of the Neeo team: keep up the good work!

  • I second that. After a rather rough start with NEEO (Devices not supported, Remote died after a few hours) i'm up and running since last Friday and haven't touched that remote from that other Swiss Company ever since. What really helped is the fact that there's already tons of Know-How and good information around here and that the support reacted flawless to all my inquiries.

    I can only say - happy costumer here that doesn't regret being patient.
