NEEO as secondary controller with Fibaro HC2
I'm having trouble connecting NEEO as a secondary controller with a Fibaro HC2.
I have set the Fibaro HC2 in inclusion mode with the option "Add secondary controller" and used the options "Include in existing network" and "Copy from existing network" in the ZWave menu of the NEEO. They don't connect to each other.
Anyone got it to work?

Thanks a lot for all your feedback. What is exactly happening, errors, or no reaction at all?
On our side choosing "Include in existing network" is correct when you want to include NEEO as a secondary controller in another network.
Did you try putting the fibaro on the normal learn mode without telling it that you are trying to add a secondary controller? Do you see anything in the logs of the fibaro controller? Are both working on the same z-wave frequency?

Jeroen Cloo I received my Neeo this week and had a testdrive yesterday. Normal device inclusion on the Fibaro HC2 will add the NEEO correctly.
I run firmware 4.140 on the Fibaro HC2. It did take a few minutes to properly configure itself. It's also risky in my opinion. It only imports the ZWAVE devices by their factory device type names, not the given names in the HC2. It caused my to accidentally kill all power to my computer room.
It's not that easy to trace down the actual devices.

I added my HC2 succesfully with the above settings. The new fibaro dimmer is missing functions but the old fibaro dimmers are working correctly. Patrick confirmed already that he is going to test the new dimmer. This is already a cool beginning because i can control my lights in the living room and make cool recipes. It is still not perfect because some switches are categorized under living room and cant move them to the correct room where they belong.
But ,with this nice community and crew a lot of fixes coming every day. Keep up the good work.

I have now managed to include the HC2. I did it by adding it as a normal device (just like adding a new z-wave switch to the HC2). I also selected the options as below. Once included I got a new device icon which I set to ON. I It took a while to include the devices. I now need to do some testing as I have included loads of lights and renamed them but now not sure how to the ones I don't need. Anyone?

Hi All, I've got the exact same problem here:
HC2 Firmware: 4.160
Brain firmware: 0.48.35-20180116
I've tried both inclusion as a secondary controller, or as generic device. nothing works for me, nothing happens at all. I tried on both iOS and Android apps, I always have the same problem, a white rectangle appears above the menu "include in existing network".
All devices are in the same Z-Wave region.
I've restarted both the brain and the HC2 many time, but no success at all.
I can't hide my great disappointment, I've seen the Logitech Harmony working flawlessly with Fibaro devices. May be I made the wrong choice??
It was a long wait, for a big disappointment....Any help would be greatly appreciated.

After many attempts, and thanks to the help of Alex Bayer , I've been able to retrieve the devices from my Fibaro HC2. But now, mostly every day, I need to restart the brain. I don't know why, but right after the reboot of the brain, I got control of my zwave devices. And after few hours, fo no reason, it's no longer working. The reboot of the brain is the only solution.
So what should I do, put the brain on Zwave plug, and create a scenario from my HC2 to restart it every two hours. At least I know the fibaro system works fine.
