Hey Team NEEO!
I have a few questions regarding your remote and my TV.
Is it possible to change the control behind the hardware buttons?
For example: when I press the „back“ button on the remote it works the same like the „Play/Pause“ button. Instead I created the software button with the „Exit“ command. This one works the way the original „back“ button on the Remote should work.
Furthermore the Netflix button doesn‘t seem to work at all. Is there any fix for this?

I have just checked the driver. The back and the play buttons is not similar. Very strange. Also, the same driver is used by a lot of our customer - there back works fine. Can you please add the command BACK to the shortcut screen and test if it works there correctly?
The Netflix button was just corrected. The new data appears around 6PM CET. Please update the device data on your NEEO. Thanks!

Thanks for your reply! I will try this tonight after work.
Maybe it helps that this behaviour appeared inside the Netflix App. I didn‘t test it in the main menu.
Although, is it correct that I need to long press the menu button to get back to the „Home Screen“?

Yes, this is correct. For all TVs and set top boxes: Short press on MENU opens guide, long press opens menu.
Also, if the behavior is wrong only within Netflix, we have to leave it as it is. Re-mapping of commands is also not possible at the moment. But you can add the EXIT button as a shortcut.

I just tried the back button in the TV settings and it‘s the same like in the Netflix App. When pressing back, it confirms my action like the ok/enter button. It doesn‘t matter if it’s the hardware or software button.

Okay, and if I understand you correctly, it's also happening outside of the Netflix app, correct?

Yes, that‘s right.

Okay, corrected. As this seams to be very specific for your model only, I had to create and attach a new driver. Because of this, an update will not work. You'll have to delete and re-add the device. The new data appears around 12AM CET.
