Philips Hue Lights not working with Neeo

My Neeo cant seem to control my hue lights anymore.  I have tried rebooting the brain (multiple times) and clearing the cache. I've rebooted the hue bridge and then rebooted the brain again. Nothing has helped.

Do I seriously have to re-add in all the lights in my house :(

  • I couldn't wait for a solution so I re-added all my lights, changed over the recipes using them, deleted the old lights.  ugh.

    Will this way even work in two years time if the online database is shut down or am I well and truely screwed when it happens then?

  • Aghhhh, its happened again.

    I suspect it has something to do with my (temporary) router not assigning specific IPs for my devices on the network - in particular the hue bridge?

    I had to reboot the router yesterday and since then the Hue lights are uncontrollable by the neeo again.

     

    Is there support anymore? Or am I left to my own (non-controllable) devices?

      Brian Chambers Did re-adding them help? There is not much we can do besides suggest deleting and re-adding. Reboot your router etc.

    • Jeff Re-adding them worked - yes.  Its a bit of a pain though.

      In 23 months when support is gone, will we have access to the online database or not?

      If this problems persists after 23 months and I need to re-add them, will I be able to?

      Brian Chambers At this point I have no idea. I do not want to set the wrong expectations.
