Control4 neeo remote cannot turn off room

No issues with remote  and C4 integration since I purchased two years ago. However just recently , when I am trying to turn off the room with the power button, the “turn off room? ” on touch screen is no longer appearing and therefore I can’t shut down the TV , receiver and sat receiver. I have done a  reset to the remote remote, even doing a factory reset. Any ideas?
