1: the Brain ist used to control all your equipment that is in line of sight (for ir devices) but can also control other device in other rooms. It can be used as stand alone product via the app on a mobile phone or via the remote or both together.
2: currently there is no language support other then English for the menus, recipes and devices can be named like you want (can be foreign language)
3: don't know exactly what is meant here, but neeo is a universal remote, that can control many devices and is adaptable with layout and function. If you have a big audio video or a small setup, doesn't make a difference, all can be controlled by this one remote / brain
