Sonos are not working anymore



i had an update of my Sonos by Sonos and since all my Sonos are not working anymore in NEEO.

Am i the only one?

  • Hi,  Julien Gomez. Thank you for reporting this. Do you have this experience only on your NEEO Remote or in your NEEO app as well? Could you try to reboot your NEEO Brain once? Which firmware version are you running now on your Sonos? If rebooting doesn't solve it, could you please try to add your Sonos once more.

    it works again, after rebooting the brain (and deleting/adding Sonos)
