Optoma HD26 isn't connecting properly

It has it listed here: https://neeo.com/works-with-neeo/

It finds it in the app, but when the remote part comes up there are only two options. On/Off which does nothing and Menu which turns the volume up on the projector.

I have tried a few other Optoma listings with no luck.  I can't believe they have so many different remote options for their projectors.

    This is now working except for powering off the projector.  There is a warning that comes up that says "you need to hit the power button again" to turn off.  If I hit the power button again on the Neeo nothing happens.  I am assuming it's because it thinks it's off or I am not really sure.

      However I did get it to turn off using a Recipe, just couldn't do it with the power button on the Neeo remote.

      Andrew Thanks for the update! This does sound a bit strange. Maybe something with the IR code, not too sure. I will pull in  Andy to better assist.
