Amazon Fire TV (1st Gen.) Problems with CEC control

Since two days I have some problems with my amazon fire tv. It seems like the CEC commands are not working anymore. What I’m doing to make it work again is to delete the device and add it again.
Because I have also some other receipts with macros which have the same issues this process is really annoying.
I know this driver is still Beta but I just want to know if you know this issues already or if there is another more easy workaround to solve it.
Just for information, the CEC controls of NEEO with my PS4 are working without any issues. Also if I reactivate the CEC control on my Samsung TV and switch to the HDMI Input everything works as it should.

Hi André Geßner. Thank you very much for reporting this. We are already working on this. Meanwhile, could you please try to switch your Fire TV CEC cable with another one and give us feedback. It would be most helpful to get more information about CEC cables. Thank you very much.

Hi Ingrid Thank you for your fast reply. I will switch the cable but I actually don't think that's the cause of this issue since the PS4 CEC controls works as they should. The HDMI cable supports HDMI 2.0 specifications which usually include complete CEC compatibility.

Hi Ingrid as you requested i tried another / new HDMI cable. Unfortunately i have the same problem as before. I attached the specs of the cables i use(d). The one with the number 00127124 i used before and 00122103 is the cable i use now. Both are compatible to all current standards and since i work as a store manager of high quality TV and HiFi, i often install these cables in my customer projects without any problems.
I think the problem you have to look elsewhere.

André Geßner Hi, André. I'd like to check if there are any changes or improvements since you have deleted and re-added your Fire TV?
Have you also tried to reboot the brain? Do you use any Google Chromecast devices? -

Ingrid no there was no change or improvement. After I re-added the fire tv it worked but then it doesn’t get any CEC commands. So same as before. Yes I also rebooted the brain and the router and the remote. Except my PS4 I don’t have any other external device connected to my tv.
I also enabled/disabled the tv-CEC/anynet but no change.

André Geßner better remove the picture as your mail address is visible. You can find the name in the app. Go to settings -> about. There one of the rows says hostname and a value that looks like NEEO-01234abcd.

I tried again to use the FireTV recipe. I added it up and deactivated CEC on the Samsung TV. it has also worked several attempts for two days. Unfortunately, it is not possible anymore. Although I was able to start the TV and the FireTV today, all other commands were not accepted.

Yesterday, after updating my Brain and the Remote, I tried directly to add my FireTV CEC recipe again. It also worked and due to the change logs of the update I thought my problem might have been fixed as well.
Unfortunately, the control with CEC did not work today again. I then readded th FireTV again and tried a few things.
I think it is also part of the problem that the recipe is often not displayed under the active recipes. Even if I am on the home screen and it is not displayed active, the control with the hardware buttons is still possible. Of course, touchscreen elements are missing, which makes a re-operation possible only after the re-activation of the recipe.As I said, only if it works at all.
I would like to mention again that these problems do not occur with the CEC control of the PS4.

André Geßner Hi, I'm sorry for my late response. We figured out that this occurred only with some Fire TV models. Could you provide me with your Fire TV Model number, which can be found on the back of your Fire TV? Are you using the Android or iOS app?

The Model number is CL1130. I’m using the iOS version of the NEEO app.
