No Access to the devices Neeo Data Base

From the beginning I have a lot of trouble installing my device on Neeo.
Indeed I had to reinstall all my devices, so I reset my brain.

Since impossible to add my devices again !!

If I type "Panasonic" in the search, no entry (while I was able to install my TV the first time)
ditto for AVR Onkyo, my bass my Android box 'K12 Pro', I know that it exists because c Neeo support that added me.

I do not know why the connection with the Neeo database seems uncomplete because if I type 'Pan' it finds devices like another post here, with always the same peripherals.

    • STEPHAN CHONEZ Did you allready try a reboot of the NEEO Brain? Just Pull the Power Cord and wait 1 Minute, then replugg it.

      If this also does not help, did you have any special settings aplied to your Router or your Firewall?

      I will pull in Jeff Emily and Patrick the earliest time they are avail is arround swiss business hours today or at California Business hours today.

      If the reboot of the device helps, please provide some feeback.

    Were you able to try the tip Markus Mahr adviced you "rebooting the brain" please let me know if this works out for you?

    Before posting on the forum, I restart the brain 3 times :(

    I restart the brain this morning and there miracle! I was able to add all my devices, but I think there must be a problem anyway.
